IE Center for C-Centricity In-company work sessions promoting the conversation on driving growth by connecting with Customers
Ricola’s session held January 8th at Ricola HQ in Laufen, Switzerland has kicked off the initiative
Promoting and guiding the application of the IE Center for C-Centricity knowledge in the business world is one of the means the center will be using in order to drive our objective of inspiring consumer centric business growth. Educating the business leaders of today is also one of the objectives of the Center. With those objectives in mind we created the In-Company Workshops.
These sessions are designed to create awareness about the topic of C-Centricity as a driver of business growth. While they will be adapted to the particular needs of the member companies, they will revolve around the key components or drivers of customer centricity.
Our first session with Ricola was really well received by their global marketing team. The session was designed as a reflection and a visioning exercise on C-Centricity. During the session we shared our first learnings on the subject, reviewed some of the practices of C-centric companies like Lego and Amazon, and had the opportunity to work with the team on how to advance Ricola in their consumer centricity journey.
