Multi-faceted IE Center for C-Centricity Research will be looking at the multi-layered C-Centricity topic
The IE Center for C-Centricity’s research team has been formed with experienced IE professors, Elena Revilla, Martina Montauti, Laura Illia, led by our Academic Director, Maria Eizaguirre. The research has been launched focusing around two broad questions:
• Which are the Levers for C-Centricity?
• How can we measure and diagnose C-Centricity in an organization?
As consumer centricity is recognized as a muli-layered topic, the research program will also look at the topic from different angles: marketing and value creation, company culture, strategy , innovation and, finally, KPI’s and processes. The outcome will the base for the Center’s publications and will also feed our Workshops with Sponsors and the Specialized Executive Program.
