Our research is focused on aswering three key broad questions

What do we mean by Driven Growth through C-Centricity?

Our research will aim to help to calibrate the power of customers, customers and citizens as a source of sustainable business growth vs other types of growth.
Through a state of the art analysis of best practices we will be able to discern the role of customers/consumer/citizen -centricity as a tool for growth in different sectors, across different types of organizations.

What are the Levers for C-Centricity?

Ongoing research and Literature Reviews on the intersection between C-Centricity and Culture, Innovation, KPIs, Organisational Design and Value creation we are able to identify which elements truly help build customer/consumer and citizen centricity in an organization. We can calibrate their weight in the overall path towards c-centric growth for each individual organization we work with.

How can we measure and diagnose C-Centricity in an organization?

Central to guiding companies is our C-Centricity for Growth scorecard / index, which helps diagnose the current state of a company in order to guide them successfully in their transformation to customer/consumer/citizen centricity.
