IE Center for C-Centricity, in collaboration with IE foundation, has launched the first edition of its C-Centricity Executive Program on the 16th, 17th and 18th of July 2019. The three-day program included 5 sessions and counted with 27 participants who represented the members of the center.
We are witnessing the age the Costumer and yet, most organizations ultimately fail to follow a Customer Centric agenda. Indeed, while 80% of companies believe they deliver a “superior” experience, only 8% of customers agree with this statement. “Putting customers first” is not just an intention but a corporate purpose that leads all the areas within an organization.
Within this context, the sessions include cutting-edge knowledge about C-Centricity while a wide variety of activities led by talented experts such as Fabrizio Salvador, Professor of Operations Management at IE and thinker on Thinkers50. The program aims to provide participants with a 360º understanding to how organizations can put customers at the heart of everything. To do so, they will need to completely rethink the way in which they operate at practically every level.
