Think Tank with Prof. Andrew McCarthy on Customer Centricity in a Digital World


We created the IE Center for C-centricity Think Tank a open space for reflection and to engage the corporate and academic members of the Center in a conversation on the common topics of interest. On February 8th, we had our first session configured as an open conversation among the Center’s corporate partners guided by the IE Center for C-Centricity ’s core team and moderated by Prof. Andrew McCarthy.

We looked at this session as an opportunity to form a stronger community of interest, by facilitating a collaborative dialogue, active engagement, and the discussion of constructive possibilities for action under the proposed theme of Customer Centricity in a Digital World.

We heard from the Center’s members a few topics that are of relevance and should be followed up’ like:

  • What’s the most compelling business case for C-Centricity?
  • Which are the inspiring role model organizations?
  • What is the best measure to determine how Customer or Consumer Centric in an organization?
